Eden Textile - Customer Experience Specialist

With its Head Office located in Edmonton, AB, Eden Textile provides têxtile solutions for a variety of businesses and industries across Canada.
As a leader in the têxtile sector, Eden is currently recruiting Customer Experience Specialists (CES) to join the dynamic and fast-paced team.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to the following:
- Quickly identify customer needs and resolve issues through correct course of action
- Coordinate with and support all departments within the company to address customer issues
- Support customers through full sales process; both wholesale and custom manufacturing
- Maintain and develop client accounts and relationships
- Training and support of fellow staff members where necessary
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills including multitasking and prioritization
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic
- Comfortability with change and adaptable within a fastpaced working environment
- Personable and friendly to both clients and coworkers
- Excellent time management skills
- Demonstrate leadership ability and teamwork
- This position is based out of the Head Office, located in Edmonton, AB
The Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Senior Director, Business Development.
