With its Head Office located in Edmonton, AB, Eden Textile provides têxtile solutions for a variety of businesses and industries across Canada.

As a leader in the têxtile sector, Eden is currently recruiting Customer Experience Specialists (CES) to join the dynamic and fast-paced team.


Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include but will not be limited to the following:

  • Quickly identify customer needs and resolve issues through correct course of action
  • Coordinate with and support all departments within the company to address customer issues
  • Support customers through full sales process; both wholesale and custom manufacturing
  • Maintain and develop client accounts and relationships
  • Training and support of fellow staff members where necessary

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills including multitasking and prioritization
  • Reliability, trustworthiness, and strong work ethic
  • Comfortability with change and adaptable within a fastpaced working environment
  • Personable and friendly to both clients and coworkers
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrate leadership ability and teamwork
  • This position is based out of the Head Office, located in Edmonton, AB
Experience in the têxtile, hospitality, and/or custom drapery industries would be an asset but is not mandatory

The Customer Experience Specialist will report to the Senior Director, Business Development.
