Description

Responsibilities:


Bookkeeping:
Conduct day-to-day bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Online.
Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation.

Review and organize incoming documents, ensuring timely and accurate filing.


Social Media Management:
Assist in managing social media accounts, including content creation and scheduling posts.
Engage with online communities and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance the company's online presence.


Technology Proficiency:
Utilize BuilderTrend or similar project management software for efficient project coordination.
Demonstrate tech-savvy skills and a willingness to learn new software tools as needed.


Project Coordination:
Assist in project coordination activities, ensuring seamless communication among team members and clients.
Contribute to the development of project schedules and timelines.


Qualifications:


Education:

Minimum of a high school diploma; additional education in accounting or related field is a plus.


Experience:

Proven experience in bookkeeping and administrative roles.
Expereince with QuickBooks Online and BuilderTrend (or similar software) is highly desirable.
Experience with social media management is a plus.


Skills:
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


Adaptability:
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.


Team Player:
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team.
