Description
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Account Coordinator.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our account management team to ensure the seamless execution of client projects and the overall satisfaction of our clients.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist on daily administrative tasks to ensure projects are completed on time
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on order status
  • Prepare and distribute order related materials
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to facilitate the execution of customer orders
  • Monitor order progress and identify any potential issues or risks, escalating as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of client communications and order documentation

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customerfocused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
  • Detailoriented with a proactive mindset and a willingness to learn and adapt.

Pay:
$34,403.52-$59,975.83 per year
