As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader and Agent Recruiter to join our dynamic team.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving business growth, and recruiting top-tier talent to enhance our brokerage.

You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing agents while providing leadership and support to help them succeed

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit talented real estate agents, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
Collaborate with management to set recruitment goals and strategies aligned with business objectives.
Coordinate onboarding processes for new agents, including training, orientation, and integration into the brokerage's culture and systems.
Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker, with a track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire a team, drive results, and cultivate a highperformance culture.
Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
Knowledge of real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and MLS platforms.
