As we expand our operations, we are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader and Agent Recruiter to join our dynamic team.


POSITION OVERVIEW:


As the Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team of agents, driving business growth, and recruiting top-tier talent to enhance our brokerage.

You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies to attract, onboard, and retain high-performing agents while providing leadership and support to help them succeed


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement strategies to attract and recruit talented real estate agents, including networking, referrals, and outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with management to set recruitment goals and strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Coordinate onboarding processes for new agents, including training, orientation, and integration into the brokerage's culture and systems.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that promotes collaboration, accountability, and professional development.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proven experience as a real estate agent or broker, with a track record of success in sales and leadership roles.
  • Strong understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire a team, drive results, and cultivate a highperformance culture.
  • Experience in recruiting, onboarding, and developing talent.
  • Knowledge of real estate software and tools, including CRM systems and MLS platforms.

Salary:
$60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
