KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Contributes to, and helps execute the ICT multiyear plan, strategies, policies, and processes for modern and sustainable infrastructure and support services as it pertains to the Microsoft Windows Infrastructure
  • Helps align the ICT vision, direction, and service standards with that of the organization and its needs, including security, privacy, disaster recovery, business continuity, web development, and cloudbased solutions
  • Provides escalation support to all departments and programs with Windows technology related issues
  • Promote a customercentric approach to ICT service management (ITSM)
  • Facilitate collaborative technology integration into service environments to improve outcomes
  • Helps improve standards, processes, and documentation for ICT infrastructure and services
  • Supports external vendors, thirdparty relationships, and related contracts in the best interest of the organization and its needs
  • Ensure full compliance with all licensing agreements.
  • Ensures all PHIPPA data regulations are met.
  • Inspire diverse stakeholder base of approximately 600 users to cocreate and adopt new systems and tools through education, engagement, and empowerment
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of major modifications to current and future ICT infrastructure.
  • Sets standards, working with ICT Management, for all Windows infrastructure.
  • Support activities to maintain Operating Systems, data, and Network security.
  • Helps support the administration of the company's Network across all sites.
  • Participate in the process of evaluating the purchases of hardware and software products.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of technology hardware, software, and resources.
  • Helps develop and follows computer asset tracking (ITAM) processes and e*waste services (ITAD)

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:


  • Computer diploma or University degree or equivalent work experience of 7+ years required
  • Accredited Windows designation(s) preferred
  • Minimal 5 years' experience as a Windows System Administrator, preferably managing all aspects of servers and the Windows operating system(s)
  • Good understanding of Active Directory and Microsoft Windows security
  • Welldeveloped skills and experience with Microsoft products such as OneDrive, Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
