Sales Enablement Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new group within Aon.
It will require someone with energy and enthusiasm needed for a start-up, but with experience and skills to work within a large, matrix organization.
The Sales Enablement Team is a global internal consulting group which means that you will be working with colleagues around the world which allows this to be a virtual role when in your home city.

What the day will look like
As a Sales Enablement Specialist, you will support he Sales Enablement Leader and help to project manage enablement programs and develop project strategies.
You'll embrace continuous learning and diverse feedback to ensure that our programs are constantly evolving and improving to meet the needs of the Strategy and Technology Group.
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong, trustbased relationships with internal leadership, working teams, crossfunctional partners, and executive stakeholders
- Support endtoend development of enablement initiatives (i.e., CRM, client satisfaction, sales process/tools, etc. ) that enhance knowledge, improve skills, elevate engagement and establish new abilities that lead to lasting positive behavioral change
- Lead and support the rollout / communication of sales enablement initiatives
- Report on the business impact of key performance initiatives, tying learning outcomes to sales KPI's
- Regularly track program performance and identify areas for efficiency across initiatives
- Use problem solving skills to logically structure ambiguous problems, conduct datadriven analysis, extrapolate key insights, and deliver recommendations
- Identify opportunities for improvement and help to implement the approved recommendations

In this role, you will work directly with the Sales Enablement Leader to provide insights and recommendations for new initiatives and help to implement them on a regional and global scale.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
- 5+ years of experience within a similar role
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience project managing development and enablement programs for sales professionals with a focus on excellence
- Strategic thinker with ability to execute, establish priorities and meet swift deadlines in a fast pace, rapidly changing environment
- Excellent written communication and verbal facilitation skills
- Highly organized, detailedoriented, selfdirected with proven ability to effectively manage time and deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
