Job summary
The City of Red Deer is currently recruiting for a Coordinator – Operations (Taxation) to fill a permanent full-time position.The incumbent is responsible for sectional operational oversight training and development of staff maintenance and development of systems maintenance and development of business processes building stakeholder relations resolving escalated customer situations ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.

Remuneration: $46.53 to $48.98 per hour Hours of Work: 75 hours biweekly Monday to Friday some evening weekend work may be required when needed.
- Completion of a university degree with a major in business or accounting An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Five years' progressively related professional experience in an integrated computerized environment preferably performing utilities accounts receivable collections or payment processing duties.
