Your Role

Your role will include:

Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing project communications.
Coordinating with Project Managers to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
Conducting contract administration duties, including population and updates to various logs (RFIs, decisions, submissions, change management, risk).
Conducting quality assurance checks on outgoing submissions.
Reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to quality and document standards.
Editing and reviewing content with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, formatting, style, tone, and consistency.
