Your Role

Your role will include:

  • Managing and tracking incoming and outgoing project communications.
  • Coordinating with Project Managers to track project schedules, as well as being responsible for the submission of deliverables.
  • Conducting contract administration duties, including population and updates to various logs (RFIs, decisions, submissions, change management, risk).
  • Conducting quality assurance checks on outgoing submissions.
  • Reviewing reports, specifications, and other engineering documents to ensure adherence to quality and document standards.
  • Editing and reviewing content with careful attention to grammar, punctuation, formatting, style, tone, and consistency.
