Key Responsibilities and Job Duties:


  • Work alongside/for the front door manager
  • Be responsible for intakes
  • Attend weekly intake forum calls
  • Working with 3rd party bell teams and other architects from teams we integrate with
  • Capture and clarify business requirements to level of clarify required for assessment accuracy margin
  • Describing the solution package i.e. going from a blank slate to a straw man of a possible solution
  • Would work with the whole team, program, and technical architects on shaping that straw man
  • Negotiate on the solution with other teams.
  • Produce solution briefs for every item
  • Work on sizing and estimates
  • Ensuring the solution fits within overall architectural patterns

Key Competencies and Experience:


  • Ability to work with very lose requirements, sometimes just oneliners
  • Ability to transcribe the conversation on the fly into notes
  • Ability to quickly sketch and simplistic solution picture without clutter and key interactions with implicated
- systems

  • Ability to divide & conquer the problem
  • Analytics mindset mathematical background and education
  • Seniority in experience years 10+
  • Ability to understand the organization dynamic and navigate to close the assessments
  • Updates job knowledge by tracking data analysis developments; participating in educational opportunities
- reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations

  • Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests
- exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

  • Exposure to TM Forum paradigms and definitions

Technical environment & acumen:
SOAP, REST, Oracle, BPM,.Net, Angular/JS/UI/HTML, Kafka, Cassandra, BI, Java, Elastic, NoSQL, EAI, MDM, e-chat, virtual assistants, knowledge management


Job Type:
Fixed term contract


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
