Responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming calls from customers
- Dispatch appropriate personnel
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all calls and dispatch activities
- Monitor and track the status of ongoing assignments and provide updates as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective communication and coordination
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities
- Ability to remain calm and composed in highpressure situations
- Proficient in using phone systems and other relevant technology
- Attention to detail and accuracy in recording information
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Job Types:

From $16.75 per hour
