Accounts Receivable Administrator in our Accounting Team at

Reporting to the Controller, the Accounts Receivable Administrator is responsible for all aspects of Accounts Receivable and assists with banking, Month-End processes and selected administration work.

Your day as an Accounts Receivable Administrator may include:
Accounts Receivable, including
- Billing clients via Mavenlink
- Invoicing clients
- Posting client deposits and payments
- Assist project managers with client collections and ensure client happiness
- Filing of records according to standard practices
- Accounts receivable reporting
- Process all paperwork and data in an accurate and timely manner
- Accounting correspondence with customers, suppliers and others
- Ensure internal control processes are followed accordingly
- Assist the Accounting team and the Controller with various duties as required
- Completion of Grade 1
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
- Great attention to detail
- Intermediate digital literacy in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to have fun and laugh at yourself
