ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
Proper daytoday presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking vehicles within the dealership).
Supervising and motivating Lot Associates.
Washing and vacuuming vehicles.
Organizing the lot and bringing up cars for customers.
Greeting & interacting with customers with a professional manner when they drop off/pick up their vehicle.
Moves vehicles on the lot, and delivers them to customers as required.
Coordinate schedules for Lot Associates and Carwash.
Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.
Advising Pre-Owned Manager of any noted problems with used vehicles.
Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.
Be able to work effectively against deadlines.
Able to work in a productive, fastpaced environment
Above average communication skills.
Professional and positive attitude.
Able to working effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver's abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
