ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Keep all vehicles clean and ready for delivery or display.
  • Proper daytoday presentation and maintenance of inventory (signage, moving & tracking vehicles within the dealership).
  • Supervising and motivating Lot Associates.
  • Washing and vacuuming vehicles.
  • Organizing the lot and bringing up cars for customers.
  • Greeting & interacting with customers with a professional manner when they drop off/pick up their vehicle.
  • Moves vehicles on the lot, and delivers them to customers as required.
  • Coordinate schedules for Lot Associates and Carwash.
  • Directing customers to the right personnel for further assistance.
  • Advising Pre-Owned Manager of any noted problems with used vehicles.
  • Follow company safety policies and practices, and immediately, report any and all accidents to a Manager/Supervisor.
  • This position will be expected to perform other duties as assigned by management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:


  • Have an attention to detail and high quality control standards.
  • Be able to work effectively against deadlines.
  • Able to work in a productive, fastpaced environment
  • Above average communication skills.
  • Professional and positive attitude.
  • Able to working effectively with Service Advisors, Parts Advisors, and Technicians
  • Possess a valid British Columbia Driver's License, ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission, and present a current copy of your driver's abstract (ICBC driver's record) for review.
