Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Concrete Foreman to join and lead our construction team.

As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for leading the crew and delegating other crew members with various tasks related to concrete construction projects.

This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth within the company.


Responsibilities:

• Lead concrete crew on the jobsite
• Assist in the preparation and setup of concrete forms
• Pour, spread, and level concrete using various tools and equipment
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
• Assist in the installation of rebar and wire mesh
• Operate power tools such as saws, drills, and grinders
• Clean and maintain tools and equipment after use
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time

Qualifications:

• Previous experience working in concrete construction preferred
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
• Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work well in a team environment

Pay:
$20.00-$29.04 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

• Overtime pay

Experience:

- concrete: 2 years (preferred)
