Remote Sales Closer – Credit Consultations

Job description
We are looking for motivated, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our remote team.This is a performance-based role where you will conduct credit consultations with inbound leads and enroll them in our professional services.
The Role:
Consultations:
Educate potential clients on their credit standing and how our services can help them.
Closing:
Enroll qualified clients into our service programs.
Tools:
Use Slack, CRM software, and Google Sheets to manage your daily workflow.
Training & Onboarding:
Week 1 (Training): You will undergo a comprehensive training period to learn our systems, scripts, and compliance. Please note that this first week is unpaid orientation.
Week 2 onwards:
You will begin making live calls, conducting consultations, and earning commissions.
Compensation & Billing Cycle:
Pay Rate:
$20.00 USD per successful sale.
Uncapped Earnings:
There is no limit to how much you can earn; the more you close, the more you make.
Payment Schedule:
Because of our company's billing cycle, all commissions earned during the current month will be paid on the 15th of the following month
(Example:
All sales made in January will be paid out on February 15th).
Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 1 year of Sales experience (Required).
Equipment:
Reliable laptop/desktop with at least 16GB RAM (No Chromebooks or tablets).
Internet:
Strong, stable internet connection.
Environment:
A quiet home office space to handle professional calls.
Schedule:
Ability to work an 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday (EST Timezone).
