Rabobank Canada is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Executive Assistant to join our team

The Executive Assistant helps to make sure the Canada Branch runs efficiently.

_ You and Your Job_

As an Executive Assistant you will be successful in supporting the CAD General Manager as well as the CAD Business Manager in making sure that the office runs efficiently.

The Executive Assistant will handle incoming visitors, phone calls, and couriers as well as coordinate conference room reservations, travel arrangements, relations with landlord, and ordering office supplies.

This role handles special assignments and tasks as needed and provides back-up support to Canada Finance and support the Input Finance Team during bulge season, including bar coding and the generation of booking letters.

The role reports into the CAD Business Manager.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate vendor invoice payment, vendor onboarding, and sponsorships for CAD staff.
Arrange travel bookings, including airfare and hotel.
Act as main liaison in terms of troubleshooting IT, Facilities issues for CAD staff.
Responsible for mail/courier activities
Accounts Payable management, including allocating of all incoming invoices and processing cheques.
