The Manager will play a key role in a dynamic and committed team, where each individual's contribution has a direct impact on the success of LHG.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Finance, and based in our Toronto office, the role will have the following ongoing responsibilities:


Responsibilities:


  • Analyze and document existing finance processes, procedures and technology;
  • Investigate shortfalls, issues and complaints in current business environment;
  • Develop and implement process enhancement strategies;
  • Develop and communicate standard operating procedures for the department and the organization;
  • Collaborate with other stakeholders to enhance productivity and team satisfaction;
  • Train, mentor and guide team members in new processes;
  • Develop and implement finance integration playbook for newly acquired businesses;
  • Stay uptodate with developments in management and process optimization.

Requirements:


  • Knowledge of full cycle accounting and transaction processes;
  • Accounting or business designation, CPA or working towards a designation (not required but an asset);
  • Experience in process optimization, operations, or business management;
  • A sharp eye for identifying weak points in processes and organizational structures;
  • A strategic and analytical mindset;
  • An excellent communicator with topnotch presentation skills;
  • Dynamic thinking and problemsolving abilities;
  • Confidence in your abilities to lead organizational change.
