Enlist the efforts of Management when necessary to accelerate the collection process. Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and documenting status on all past due accounts. Includes documenting details of methods utilized to secure payment
Primary Responsibilities (will include, but are not limited to):
- Proactively manage Collections for our Clients
- Customer focused: Establish and maintain effective, cooperative, and professional, courteous working relationships with internal and external Customers
- Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate potential to take on increasing levels of responsibility and autonomy, in a fastpaced work environment
- Communicate and follow up effectively with all Customers
- Enlist the efforts of Management when necessary to accelerate the collection process
- Responsible for monitoring, maintaining and documenting status on all past due accounts. Includes documenting details of methods utilized to secure payment
Requirements:
- Postsecondary education in Accounting/Business Administration
- Commitment to privacy and ethical conduct with a strong ability to ensure all Company polices and control procedures are met
- Good organization, time management skills, ability to assess/focus on priorities
- 23 years' experience in collections is an asset
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of ERP System WorkDay an asset
