    • Conduct regular on-farm calls, including prospecting and cold calls, to develop new relationships.
    • Support customers with crop planning, input selection and plant health solutions.
    • Coordinate with location, operations, and agronomy teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

    • Maintain accurate sales reporting, CRM activity and administrative documentation.
    • Participate in ongoing training related to agronomy, crop inputs and sales development and strategy.

    Your background includes:

    • Post-secondary education in agriculture, agronomy, crop science, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
    • 3+ years of agronomic sales or crop input experience preferred.
    • Solid understanding of Southwestern Ontario field crop production systems.
    • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, manage a territory, and deliver consistent sales results.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage the team, growers and other stakeholders.
    • High level of organization, time management and self-direction.
    • Customer-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a practical, field-based approach.
    • Experience with crop scouting, soil sampling, or field trials is considered an asset.
    • Certified Crop Advisor (CCA-ON) designation is an asset, or willingness to obtain.
    • Valid driver's licence and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
