This includes various aspects such as compute, network, storage, monitoring, and security for the Data platform team. Our team is focused on building scalable Azure Data platforms using a range of Azure PaaS services including Synapse, ADLS, Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL, Power BI, Stream Analytics, Azure ML, and Azure Event Hubs.

    Responsibilities:

Understand client requirements and recommend secure, scalable, and reliable Azure solutions that are WAF compliant.

Collaborate with developers, administrators, and other team members responsible for implementing solutions on Azure, within an agile delivery model.

Provide effective knowledge transfer and upskilling to relevant customer personnel to ensure an appropriate level of future self-sufficiency.

    Maintain AZ 305 certification.

    Skills/Experience:

10+ years of Microsoft-based architecture and infrastructure experience.

5+ years of experience with architecture design, migration, and infrastructure support for enabling large enterprise-wide Azure environments.

Experience in various areas within Azure including Networking, HA and DR, Storage, Backup and Site Recovery, Subscriptions, Tenants and Landing zones, Security and Governance, Azure Policies, Azure Blueprints, ARM templates, and Infrastructure as code (terraform).

Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Azure build, deployment, automation, networking, and security technologies in cloud and hybrid environments.

Knowledge of PowerShell, Git, ARM templates, and deployment automation.

Ability to analyze pricing of Azure services/environment and recommend optimal solutions.
