We are hiring for a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.
What You'll Do
Manage start-to-end marketing initiatives/strategies to ensure alignment with corporate-wide objectives
Work with Insight's Senior Management Team to promote guiding principles and transparent communication throughout the organization

Develop brand awareness and implement a consistent and cohesive approach through all channels of business, including, but not limited to, social media, PPC campaigns, website design, search engine optimization, print materials, promotional items, etc.

Conduct market research to help develop messaging strategies to nurture public relations as it pertains to our referring physicians and patients
Act as the project manager for Insight Medical Imaging's continuing medical education events and Lunch & Learns for local physicians
Promote the brand by creating relationships with organizations via sponsorships and events
Ensure Insight is well represented at recruitment events and other tradeshows by working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that brand and messaging are consistent
Responsible for overseeing and producing graphic properties such as signage, brochures, print advertising, and additional marketing material
Website liaison for all updates and improvements; generate new content to reach target demographic and help with search engine optimization
Generate new ways to engage patients and physicians in order to increase clinic and referral rates
Create and maintain relationships with varying vendors - print, promotion, design, etc.
Other tasks and duties as assigned
Managerial
Create, manage, and maintain a yearly marketing budget
Proactively establish and maintain effective working relationships with all support departments
Maintain professional internal and external relationships that meet the company's core values
Additional Ad Hoc projects and assignments as assigned
What You'll Bring To Us
Excellent at developing and building interpersonal relationships
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Motivated and self-directed; can work independently or in a team environment
Digitally savvy - experience with WordPress, Search Engine Optimization, and CRM platforms
Experience in Salesforce is desired, but not required
Superior analytical skills and ROI analysis; Google AdWords, Analytics, and Tag Manager
Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite platform
Excellent social media acumen
Familiar with marketing funnel and experience developing campaigns that address all funnel stages
Experience with review and reputation management is crucial
Experience with video marketing and photography is desired, but not required

  • University or college degree with a specialization in marketing, business, or extensive equivalent experience
  • Proven track record expanding brand through various forms of expression
  • 35 years in marketing roles
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics
  • Experience managing and working with agency partners
