Housekeeping Aide Job Requirements

  • Must have solid Housekeeping experience, available for shifts throughout the week as well as some weekend work.
  • Must be in good physical condition and able to meet the physical demands of the position.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal; able to follow instructions
  • Must be able to work independently and as a team player
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are required
  • Good attendance record is required
  • Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is required
  • Bilingualism (English/French) and customer service experience is an asset
  • Valid Class G Drivers License an asset
  • Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19

Job Type:
Part-time


Salary:
From $18.41 per hour


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Holidays
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
Masks are mandatory. Employee must participate in rapid testing as deemed necessary.


Ability to commute/relocate:

  • North Bay, ON P1B 2X6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Cleaning: 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Class G Drivers license (preferred)
