Who You Are

What You'll Do

  • Acting as the point of contact among executives, leadership team members, and other external partners.
  • Assist in daytoday business operations, collaborating with various teams to support the CEO in strategic decisionmaking.
  • Attend meetings alongside the CEO, taking minutes and following up on action items.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency to streamline workflow.
  • Prepare and review materials, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
  • Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.

What You'll Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
  • Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a keen interest in business operations and strategy.
  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff role, or similar.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
  • Tech savvy and comfortable with MS Office suite.
