Who You Are
What You'll Do
- Acting as the point of contact among executives, leadership team members, and other external partners.
- Assist in daytoday business operations, collaborating with various teams to support the CEO in strategic decisionmaking.
- Attend meetings alongside the CEO, taking minutes and following up on action items.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency to streamline workflow.
- Prepare and review materials, reports, and presentations for meetings and events.
- Arrange and coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO, including flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Manage expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Handle and maintain confidential and sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field required.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and grow professionally, with a keen interest in business operations and strategy.
- Proven experience in a Chief of Staff role, or similar.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problemsolving abilities.
- Tech savvy and comfortable with MS Office suite.
