Key Responsibilities
- Maintain department office outlook account coordinate all incoming quote requests
- Download tender documents from various bidding portals
- Appropriately save and distribute documentation
- Prepare and coordinate supplier quote requests
- Maintain company Excel spreadsheets
- Departmental project file maintenance
- Occasional delivery of bids within GTA
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- 13 years office administration experience preferred
- Construction related experience an asset
- Strong computer skills
- MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Adobe Reader
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Selfmotivated with effective multitasking skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure
Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
