Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain department office outlook account coordinate all incoming quote requests
  • Download tender documents from various bidding portals
  • Appropriately save and distribute documentation
  • Prepare and coordinate supplier quote requests
  • Maintain company Excel spreadsheets
  • Departmental project file maintenance
  • Occasional delivery of bids within GTA

Preferred Knowledge and Experience

  • 13 years office administration experience preferred
  • Construction related experience an asset


  • Strong computer skills

  • MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office, Adobe Reader
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Selfmotivated with effective multitasking skills
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure

Salary:
From $20.00 per hour
