Job Summary


The position of Talent Acquisition Administrator is primarily responsible for performing all aspects of Skills Trades recruitment and staffing for the Canadian Operations of the Flynn Group of Companies.

Reporting to the Field Recruitment Manager, the Talent Acquisition Administrator, must be prepared to work independently and as part of a North American team in areas of skilled trades recruiting and assisting the Immigration team.

  • What Will You Work On?
  • Develop partnerships with hiring managers and HR Partners to set the direction and understands the hiring needs to execute sourcing and recruiting strategies for the company's key functions.
  • Create reports and presentation on HR Recruitment Metrics.
  • Keeps the documentation of the recruitment process up to date and consistent across all platforms.
  • Who We Are Looking For?
  • Fluent in Spanish/English
  • An Honours Bachelor's Degree or Post-Graduate diploma in Human Resources.
  • New graduates Welcome to Apply. Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment or customer service considered an asset.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects.
  • Ability to adapt to changing environments and always maintaining a high sense of urgency.
  • High levels of organization and attention to detail when handling confidential and large volumes of information.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and meaningfully to a variety of groups.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Suite Functions
  • Outlook, PowerPoint etc.)
