Enterprise Account Manager - Toronto, Canada - Alert Driving
Description
We are looking for a highly motivated, experienced, and precise person with a sense of urgency to join our strategic Global Customer Success team in Toronto.
Alertdriving has been the innovative leader in the global driver risk management space for 25 years. Our world-class enterprise technology platform, FleetDefense, is used by many of the biggest and brightest companies on the planet.
After completing our thorough onboarding and training program, this individual will have the confidence and tools to proactively overcome the obstacles and challenges associated with managing technology solutions for large complex organizations.
Key Responsibilities and Skills:
- You will be responsible for building and maintaining positive long term relationships with new and existing clients
- Easily connecting and building trust with crossfunctional customer teams in numerous diverse industries
- Working quickly and accurately in a fastpaced environment while maintaining highquality outcomes
- Comfortable solving problems autonomously within set guidelines and parameters
- Strong business acumen with exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
- An appreciation for wellestablished guidelines and procedures related to technical and quality standards
- Fluent, friendly, lively and persuasive presentation style and skills
Job Characteristics:
- Creating value for enterprise accounts through strong stewardship based on company standards and policies
- Creating, selling and guiding clients through annual account plans that generate a positive R.O.I
- Develop project plans in collaboration with project management and effectively prioritize deliverables for the
- Effectively explaining the complexities of a solution in easytounderstand terms
- The ability to plan, prioritize and work independently and collaboratively on multiple accounts
Helpful Experience:
- A post secondary education and an interest in technology
- A willingness and enthusiasm to learn new things fueled by inherent curiosity
- A minimum of 3 years experience in an Account Management role in North American markets
- A strong understanding of how to build and leverage relationships to get things done.
