Title:
Local B2B Services SEO (BigCommerce hybrid: store + services) — Deliverables-based, 3-month trial
We run a BigCommerce domain with an active web store.
Phase-1 focus is local B2B IT/network services (4 service pages + a services hub + any other you recommended) for Greater St.
Louis, MO + Metro East, IL. Store SEO isn't the Phase-1 priority, but the store shares the domain and affects indexing + intent separation.We need a single direct executor (no team/relay) who produces execution-ready deliverables (Google Sheets/Docs) that we implement internally.

done by owner. You provide specs/tickets + QA/verification.

For every recommendation/ticket:
Where to implement (BigCommerce-feasible: Page Builder / theme edits / Script Manager / native BC SEO fields / GSC / GBP)
How to implement (clear steps)
How to verify (checks/tests)
Mandatory deliverables (D1–D7)
D1:
Technical & indexing backlog (issues → priority → implementation → verification)
D2:
Keyword & intent map for 4 services + hub (incl. exclusions + anti-cannibalization vs store)
D3:
Page specs for 4 service pages + hub (titles/H-outline/blocks/CTA/schema/internal links)
D4:
Internal linking rules + concrete "linking action" tickets (conservative separation; storeservices links only if explicitly justified)
D5:
GBP Phase-1 checklist + 30-day plan (no spam citations; no city-spam)
D6:
Measurement plan + GA4/GSC validation + conversion events (form + click-to-call) incl. GSC query→page separation check
D7: 60–90 day WBS roadmap (tasks/deps/expected signals)
Milestones
Month 1:
D1 + D2 + D3 (draft)
Month 2:
D3 (final) + D4 + D6
Month 3:
D5 + D7 + QA loop
Each milestone includes 1 review pass + 1 revision pass.
To apply (required)
Confirm you are the direct executor/author of D1–D7 (no relay/team).
Provide one anonymized dated proof snapshot (GSC/GA4/GBP) for a similar local B2B services project: timeframe + baseline vs after + how leads were defined.
Confirm:
no direct local competitor conflict (Greater St. Louis / Metro East IL).
Briefly explain how you prevent services vs store cannibalization on a hybrid BigCommerce domain.
Confirm deliverables will be Google Sheets/Docs (PDF optional).
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
