    Infrastructure and Operational Resiliency Specialist (Network, Service Continuity, DR, SDLC)
    Job Description: Embark on a challenging and rewarding journey with our team at one of Canadas Top 5 banks as an Infrastructure and Operational Resiliency Specialist. This role demands expertise in network engineering, service continuity management, disaster recovery, and SDLC, with a specific focus on enhancing operational resilience. Your financial institution experience is crucial as you ensure the resilience of our technology infrastructure, review designs, and contribute to disaster recovery plans. The successful candidate will lead initiatives to enhance infrastructure efficiency, collaborate with external vendors, and champion the adoption of innovative technologies to optimize the banks operational resilience in a rapidly evolving digital landscape. They will work closely with business units to identify potential operational risks, devise strategies to mitigate those risks, and ensure that critical business processes remain robust and resilient under various scenarios.
    Requirements:
    Extensive experience in network engineering and infrastructure resilience within the financial sector.
    Certification in disaster recovery (e.g., ABCP or CBCP).
    Proficiency in SDLC processes.
    Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
    Previous experience within a top-tier financial institution is a prerequisite.
    Preferred Skills:
    Familiarity with cloud technologies.
    Experience with infrastructure automation.
    Proven experience in enhancing operational resilience.
    Ability to collaborate with business units to identify and address operational risks .
    Certifications:
    Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP).
    AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
    Certification in Operational Resilience (if applicable).
