Location:

Responsibilities:

Project Supervision: Oversee sewer and water construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of construction workers, providing guidance, training, and support to maximize productivity and performance.

Resource Management: Coordinate equipment, materials, and manpower to ensure efficient project execution and timely completion.

Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections and quality control measures to ensure workmanship meets industry standards and client expectations.

Communication: Maintain open communication with project stakeholders, including clients, engineers, inspectors, and subcontractors, to address issues, provide updates, and resolve conflicts.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment and minimize accidents and injuries on the job site.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project progress, expenditures, and compliance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sewer and water construction, with demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership.
Strong knowledge of sewer and water infrastructure systems, construction techniques, and regulatory requirements.
Proven ability to interpret and implement construction plans, specifications, and drawings.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams.
Valid driver's license.

Pay:
From $35.00 per hour
