We are seeking four construction laborers for a renovation project. The job will involve basement framing, insulation, drywall installation, flooring (vinyl, laminate), painting, baseboards, and trims. For construction work, the job will involve concrete forming, concrete finishing, brickwork, epoxy floor installation, traffic topping, and decorative flooring._

Responsibilities:_

Operate hand and power tools such as hammers, drills, saws, and jackhammers.
Dig trenches, backfill holes, grade terrain, and remove, fill, or compact earth.
Mix and pour concrete, asphalt, and other materials.
Erect and dismantle scaffolding and other temporary structures.
Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist craft workers.
Learn from onthejob training when necessary.
Perform site cleanup.

Requirements:_

Ability to perform physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
Ability to work in all weather conditions.
Punctual and reliable.
Previous experience as a general laborer in the construction industry is required.
Construction laborers must be physically fit and able to perform strenuous tasks for long periods of time. They must also be able to follow instructions and work collaboratively with others in a team environment. Prior experience in construction or a related field is usually preferred, but onthejob training is often provided._

Salary:
$23.00-$32.00 per hour
