Job summary
The Senior Credit Solutions Manager is responsible for contributing to the profitable growth and quality of the Bank's Corporate and Commercial Credit portfolio by performing financial solutions-related activities for clients including risk analysis, deal structuring, pricing, negotiation and presentation on complex deals in concert with the Senior Client Relationship Manager.This role requires periodic attendance in the Toronto office. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer profitability model and experience in building a solid business case justification for deals. They will also have strong negotiation skills and sales/closing capabilities.
- Minimum three years of Commercial Banking experience
- Strong knowledge of the corporate and commercial banking marketplace
- Detailed knowledge of the assigned market area's key prospects, major companies and competitive positioning within the assigned market area,

- Strong PC skills are necessary including a working knowledge of MS Word Excel Power Point all commercial systems platforms
- Crucial to have strong credit skills credit experience
- Proven risk assessment analysis skills as well as deal structuring skills
,Liaises with Credit/Global Risk Management through credit decision-making process ensures all activities conducted compliance governing regulations internal policies procedures.
