    Mechanical Maintenance Planner/Scheduler

    De Beers Group seeks a proactive Mechanical Maintenance Planner/Scheduler to support the Process Plant Mechanical Maintenance team at Gahcho Kué Mine. This role is critical in coordinating resources, managing maintenance schedules, and ensuring efficient execution of mechanical maintenance activities.

    • Develop bi-weekly mechanical maintenance schedules using Prometheus Scheduler
    • Coordinate resource availability and optimize crew assignments using Prometheus Capacity Planner
    • Review and prioritize work orders daily to manage backlog and upcoming tasks
    • Collaborate with operations, procurement, departments aligning maintenance activities with production needs/li>Create track purchase requisitions for mechanical parts services
