Job summary
The Finance Clerk shall perform various tasks including receiving mail/invoices, processing payments, maintaining electronic filing systems and providing support to other members of the Finance Department.Responsibilities
- Receive daily mail/invoices
- Match invoices with appropriate purchase orders or forms
- Assist with processing of invoices and employee reimbursements
- Maintain listing of preapproved accounts
