Job summary

The Finance Clerk shall perform various tasks including receiving mail/invoices, processing payments, maintaining electronic filing systems and providing support to other members of the Finance Department.

Responsibilities

  • Receive daily mail/invoices
  • Match invoices with appropriate purchase orders or forms
  • Assist with processing of invoices and employee reimbursements
  • Maintain listing of preapproved accounts
