A Support Staff's accountabilities include:

Interacting with all guests entering and exiting the building in a helpful and friendly manner
Fulfill guest's needs and requests, both inperson and over the phone, efficiently and with assurance
Engaging in conversation with guests whenever appropriate and acknowledging any firsttime guests and guests joining us for a special occasion
Organizing reservations and walkin guests to control and maximize the seating of the restaurant
Act as a liaison to the host team to ensure tables are set up for guest needs and are ready in time for reservations
Clearing and setting of tables to meet the highest standards of organization and cleanliness
Setup, takedown and continued cleanliness of the Busser station
Conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times
Acts as liaison to the dishwashing team to ensure supply levels are maintained
Conducts themselves in a friendly and professional manner at all times
Communicates in an open and friendly manner to bar staff to promote teamwork
