    Business Development Representative at Riverside. Our Business Development team drives growth through outbound outreach, prospecting, and engagement with potential customers to create opportunities for the sales team.

    On your day-to-day

    You will be the first point of contact for prospective customers, researching, identifying, and engaging high-potential leads through outbound outreach, qualifying opportunities, and setting the stage for meaningful sales conversations. Craft messaging, connect via cold calls, and explore each prospect's needs to uncover fit. Collaborate with the team to refine outbound strategies. This role suits someone who is driven, thrives on challenge, and is energized by persistent, proactive work.

    • Flexibility to travel occasionally for conferences and networking opportunities

    Location Requirement: This role is open to candidates based in Toronto or the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). The role will require one office day per week at our Downtown Toronto office.
