Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue opportunities to secure contracts with healthcare institutions, retirement homes, hospitals, and nursing homes.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decisionmakers to develop a deep understanding of their needs and requirements.
- Negotiate favorable terms and pricing for all contracts, ensuring that they are compliant with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of contracts, including coordinating with clinical staff and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and documentation is completed.
- Monitor and report on the performance of contracts, identifying opportunities for renewal or expansion.
- Attend industry conferences and events to stay uptodate on industry trends and developments.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the
Healthcare industry
- Proven track record of successfully identifying and securing contracts with healthcare institutions.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for healthcare contracts.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
