Job summary
We're looking for an Integrated Producer to lead the planning execution and delivery of mid- to large-scale integrated campaigns managing workflows across creative strategy content and production partners This role oversees projects from scoping through post-production proactively driving timelines budgets communication and qualityResponsibilities
- Lead project planning scoping timeline development and resourcing across assigned projects Utilize project management methodologies waterfall agile sprints to streamline workflows and improve delivery timelines when required
- Manage project tracking reports change orders and SOW changes or updates
- Drive end-to-end production for digital social video experiential and multi-channel deliverables Own project documentation technical requirements production specs and delivery guidelines Circulates relevant meeting notes action items for internal teams Develops maintains project schedules internal status reports resource plans throughout the project lifecycle Sets up projects in PM tools project file organization infrastructure Ensure clarity on briefs deliverables specs for Project teams cross-functional collaboration Partner with creative content strategy prodution leads ensure deliverables align with briefs techincal requriments brand guidence feasilibity identify gaps early drive resolution Collaborate account team depament leads clarify breifs refine specs confirm scope validate accurate resourcing needs accross all prjoect phases Communicate proactively confidently interanl teams vendors freelancers setting expectations resolving blockers ensuring alignment acrros prject Vendor Operations Management Source vet negotiate manage external partners freelancer specialized vendor Negotiate estimates manage SOW update oversee vendor delievery quality Ensure final assents meet spec formats platform requiremnts Qualifications Maintain produciton qualty accross workstreams ensure assents meet brand techinical cretive standards Manage coordenate internel reviews feedback cycles revisions Conduct light proofreading formatting checks basic QC ensure deliverables meet agency stnadards tehnical specifications Perform accessability checks ensure assents prepped correctly final delievery Anticipate risks develop proactive mitigation plans Optimize workflow process communciation patterns imrove team efficency at a proje level Participated identifying implementing new tool automation AI-driven produciton enhancements Champion agency productoin practices uphold PMO standars accross teams workstream What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time budget spec minimal escalation surprise You adhere champion ageny practices process improvements projet excellence productoin best pratices alingment with PMO Creative account stratagy teams trust your productoin judgmen communciation Detailes below
