Our team is growing
We are seeking to fill a position of Compliance Analyst to assume responsibility for designated recipient services.

The designated recipient is the person or work unit that a federally regulated employer or organization has designated to receive notices of incidents of harassment and violence in the workplace.

In addition, the Compliance Analyst will ensure that other professional services provided by the firm meet quality and compliance standards and regulatory requirements.

Our work consists of conducting investigations, climate analyses, training and other types of interventions related to respect and civility within organisations.

Our team of lawyers and professionals acts exclusively as a neutral third party. We provide bilingual services across Canada to public and private sector organizations.


Main responsibilities

  • Carry out an accurate and efficient audit of investigation files or files relating to other professional services, whether active or archived, and ensure that the quality, compliance and completeness of the files are verified;
  • Report and communicate in a timely manner to team members any anomalies concerning the quality and/or conformity of files archived or ready to be archived;
  • Participate in special projects and compliance studies, including regulatory monitoring, as required.

Requirements and skills

  • DSC in Paralegal Technology or Administration;
  • 23 years' experience in a similar position;
  • Bilingual (French and English) written and spoken;
  • Strong oral and written communication skills;
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft suite (Word, Excel and Outlook);
  • Experience in the legal field would be an asset;
  • Team player and collaborative; and
  • Positive, outgoing and flexible personality.
