- Manage the implementation of a portfolio of projects related to our strategic objectives.
- Promote and apply best practices in project management, change management and operational effectiveness.

- Experience in setting up a Project Management Office (PMO).

- Bilingualism (English-French), spoken and written.

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Five to ten years of experience in managing a PMO.
- Five to ten years of project management experience.
- Five to ten years of experience in managing and coaching professionals.
- PMP certification.
- Knowledge of and proficiency with project management and change management methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
- Ability to influence others.
- Ability to learn quickly and think strategically to challenge the status quo.
- Excellent communication skills.
- An understanding of our Personal Lines and Commercial Lines underwriting operations, an asset
- Bilingual: Need to interact on a regular basis with an English-speaking clientele and colleagues across the country
- No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada

About the role
Reporting to the Director, Operational Performance, the Manager, Project Management, will be responsible for operating a Project Management Office (PMO), managing a portfolio of projects, as well as supporting and contributing to the development of a team of project management consultants and specialists.
