Position Description:


We are seeking a Technology Integration Manager to lead and manage the integration of technology solutions within our Ontario Employment Services (OEST) program.

As a Technology Integration Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth integration of technology solutions from sub-contractors, managing the solution architecture, design authority, and leading innovation within the organization.


In this role you will:

  • Lead the integration of technology solutions from subcontractors into our OEST technology environment.
  • Manage the solution architecture and design authority for the technology ecosystem.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams to identify business requirements and develop technology solutions that meet those requirements.
  • Provide technical expertise to project teams and assist with problemsolving as needed.
  • Manage the technology integration project schedule, resources, and budget to ensure successful completion of the project.

  • Provide status updates at stakeholder and Senior Management level
  • Work with different teams to remove obstacles and ensure timely delivery.
  • Drive innovation within the organization by identifying emerging technologies and trends and evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentoring to team members to enhance their technical skills.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including project team members, senior management, and subcontractors.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a technology management role with a focus on technology integration, solution architecture, and design authority.
  • Experience in leading large technology integration projects involving multiple subcontractors.
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, and Scrum.
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of emerging technologies.
  • Strong leadership, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
  • Experience in managing budgets and financials related to technology projects.
  • Experience working in a highly regulated environment preferred.
  • Ability to work effectively in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
  • Canadian Citizen

Additional desired experience and skills:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
