    Perform Outbound Calls to collect on overdue accounts by negotiating appropriate repayment plans with customers
    Support operations by managing customer accounts and collection activities on delinquent/past due accounts
    Complete initial trace work using online tools and account systems
    Manage accounts receivables by ensuring exceptional execution results in the collection of our financial loans
    Document collections activities and processes through superior administration skills
    Must havea minimum of 1-2 years experience in sales, collections or a target-driven call center environment
    Availability to work fulltime in our office in Pickering, ON

    Schedule:
    Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM with one 1:00 – 9:00 PM shift within the week; one Saturday a month from 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
