Key Responsibilities:


Course Instruction:


  • Introduce students to the world of medical science teaching introduction to medical science classes, practices, and principles in the medical science field, with a focus on teaching 1 hour modules in Sohcahtoa, Functions, Physics, Trigonometry, and Introductory Data Science
  • Employ innovative teaching strategies to reach students of diverse learning styles.

Curriculum Development:


  • Assist in the development and revision of our company's class syllabus and class outlines containing learning objectives and learning outcomes for the 24 hours of learning for the week.
  • Maintain current knowledge of industry trends and advancements to ensure the curriculum aligns with the current demands of the field.

Student Mentorship:


  • Provide academic guidance and support to students during office hours or by appointment.
  • Supervise student projects, theses, and research activities.
  • Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment.

Requirements:


  • MUST currently be a teacher, professor, or associate professor in the field of Math at a post secondary institution in Canada.
  • Record of knowledge, degree and/or research in the field of Math.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse academic environment.
  • Experience in participating in a preuniversity program as asset but not required.
