As part of a dynamic team reporting to the Registration Director, the Registration Coordinator will play a key role in our registration process.

Major Duties/Responsibilities:

• Exhibits proficiency with webbased data management software.
• Supports project teams and management by providing feedback on methods for managing and processing registration information.
• Exhibits strong customer service orientation and excellent attention to detail.
• Respects confidentiality and privacy obligations.
• Support Registration panel and committee with preparation and composition of meeting packages.
• Occasionally presents CRPO Registration information to stakeholders in French and English.
• Undertakes other tasks and projects, as assigned;

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in French and English. Must hold an exceptional command of French written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to translate English to French, and French to English
• A postsecondary degree from a recognized institution
• Min 4+ years of relevant work experience
• Work experience in health regulation an asset
• Strong proficiency of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word.
• Experience presenting materials to a group in French and English

The Bilingual Registration Coordinator position is being offered as a full-time salaried position. Exceptional French and English language skills are mandatory.
