We are looking for a Content Production Manager who will join a marketing team that is already operating with a digital strategy that has a significant impact on the company's meteoric growth.


Your role, as a Content Production Manager, will be to increase brand awareness, promote the products and services offered as well as our various partnerships or events.

In addition to producing a variety of digital content such as customer testimonials videos, and social media posts, you'll write educational blog posts.

This will ensure an increase in attraction and engagement, both for customers and employees of the company.

Main responsibilities:


  • Become an expert in our products, trades, and business model.
  • Develop and produce engaging digital and traditional marketing content (videos, photos, social media publications, blog articles or specialized magazines, newsletters, press releases) and ensure its quality before distribution (writing, translation, graphic quality).
  • Develop and ensure the implementation of the dissemination plan by following an editorial schedule and mobilizing the required resources.
  • Supervise a Social Media Specialist to successfully execute a social media strategy on our different platforms (FB, IG, LI, YT, TikTok).
  • Measure, on an ongoing basis, the impact of content using KPIs.
  • Work with different departments and produce product marketing tools (brochures, white papers, promotions).
  • Develop and maintain partnerships (Media, publishers, web influencers).
  • Create and communicate the company's brand templates and ensure their proper use.
  • Engage employees by sharing content on various internal platforms.

Experiences and prerequisites:


  • Studies in marketing, communications, journalism, digital marketing, or other relevant training.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in content marketing, community management or customer relations.
  • Demonstrate significant achievements including social media performance and content production.
  • Experience in an industryoriented towards the sale of products in the industrial field.
  • Fluency in French and English and excellent writing skills in both languages.
  • Excellent organization, rigor, and project management skills, and ability to meet short deadlines.
  • A passionate person with contagious energy, who easily develops relationships, who has a sharp mind and prefers the "storytelling" style to stand out.
  • Availability to travel between 20% and 25% of your time.
