Since its inception in 1980, Flodraulic Controls Ltd Canada is a leader in the design and

manufacture of custom solutions in the mobile, industrial and oil and gas OEM markets. With

offices across Canada we are currently looking for an experienced Hydraulic Technician to join

our team in Nisku, Alberta. Successful applicant must be a team player, Well organized, Provide

strong customer service and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

Skills/Responsibilities:


  • Disassemble, Inspect, Repair, Test Hydraulic Pumps, Motors, Valve and Cylinders.
  • Diagnosing various hydraulic components in systems.
  • Troubleshoot basic electrical circuits as they pertain to hydraulic controls
  • Completes associated paperwork to include service records and test reports.
  • Attention to details is a must with ability to work independently

Qualifications/Experience

  • Field service experience desirable
  • Previous experience with troubleshooting of hydraulic components and systems
  • Strong mechanical skills
  • Electrical and/or controls knowledge desirable
  • Valid class 5 drivers licence required
  • Ability to interpret schematics and layout drawings an asset
  • Experience operating forklifts and overhead cranes

Schedule:


  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30PM with overtime as needed (Full Time)

Pay:


  • Pay will be based on related experience

  • Nisku, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
