Blue Mountain Renovations is looking for a motivated individual that has experience in framing, siding, trim work, and a good knowledge of the construction industry.

The successful applicant must be able to interpret architectural drawings and be willing to work alone or as part of a team.

We do a variety of construction work including residential renovations, additions and new builds, as well as commercial projects. The style of work is diverse enough that tasks are ever-changing and interesting. It is very important that you are able to work well with others and present yourself professionally to clients. A driver's license and reliable vehicle are required. The pay rate will be dependent on the applicant's experience. We are a rapidly expanding company and would like to see the successful applicant grow with us.


Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints to determine project requirements
• Measure and cut materials to the required specifications
• Construct and assemble structures such as walls, roofs, floors, and cabinets
• Install windows, doors, trim, siding and hardware
• Repair or replace damaged framework or other structures
• Perform general carpentry tasks such as sanding, caulking, and painting
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed on time

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role
• Proficient in using carpentry tools and equipment
• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members

Pay:
$28.00-$34.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
