Accounting Clerk to join our fast-paced, customer oriented team in our Barrie office.
The right person for this role is someone who loves rising to new challenges, with a knack of problem-solving and communication.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with Estimating/Sales, Operations teams to ensure accuracy in Change Order Requests.
- Assist in preparation of project prequalifications.
- Invoicing General Contractors, preparing and providing any necessary backup documentation.
- Client account reconciliation, statements and collections.
- Remittances of GST/HST, WSIB/WCB in all applicable provinces.
- General Ledger Reconciliation
- Bank Reconciliation
- Accounts Payable, coordinating approvals and entering Sage 300
- Payroll, byweekly processing
Requirements:
- Experience using Sage 300 CRE
- Minimum postsecondary diploma in accounting or similar field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting
- Strong communication skills
- Strong computer skills
Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Accounting: 5 years (preferred)
- Sage 300: 1 year (preferred)
