Duties:


KEY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:


The Exercise Design Advisor reports to the Senior Manager and contributes to the delivery of the Exercise and Evaluation Program.

Develops and contributes to Exercise and Evaluation Program activities focused on Operations.

Contributes to the design, delivery, and evaluation of large-scale exercises to test operational and organizational readiness.

Leads the design, delivery, and evaluation of internal, small-scale discussion-based exercises such as facilitated discussions and tabletop exercises.

Supports the delivery and participation of internal and external exercises with partners.

EDUCATION:
Post-Secondary school diploma or an acceptable combination of education, training and/or experience.

Degree equivalency


EXPERIENCE:

EX1:
Experience in evaluating, analyzing, and preparing After Action Reports for Exercises.

EX2:
Experience in the development of discussion-based and dynamic exercises.

EX3:
Experience in the development of briefing notes, formal correspondence, and presentation materials for management.

EX4:
Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing projects with internal and external partners.

EX5:
Experience in the interpretation of security policies, procedures, and processes.
