Our Exciting Opportunity

EU (Engineering Unit) Cloud RAN, part of Business Unit Networks, aims to work closely with our customers, focused on delivering virtualized RAN solutions.

We are accelerating product development with new, fresh thinking. We challenge the established flow with new methodologies and are active in the open-source communities. Our Customer Experience department strategically ensures the Cloud RAN solutions meet our customers' expectations.

You will

Work with the Test Management team and across EU Cloud RAN to develop and drive the overall test strategy.
Assist in implementing the test strategy via effective test management (e.g., assess and improve test coverage throughout the pipelines, evaluate new tools and Ways of Working)
Support the PDGs (Product Development Groups) test support and test management teams
Interface to external teams and groups

To be successful in this role, you must have:

Education: B.Sc./B.Eng in SW engineering or related field or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of CI/CD and Test Management experience
Domain experience: NVFi, Product/System Verification, CI/CD, automation, RAN.
An innovative approach demonstrated through formulating strategies and concepts.
Coaching and mentoring skills: Business understanding and excellent communication and presentation skills.

This role reports to the Manager of Operations & Tech Steering.
