As a Program Manager in the International Accreditation business unit you will have the opportunity to work on a dynamic team to support the accreditation of health services worldwide.

You will be responsible for identifying new international partnerships with business representatives, financial institutions, funding agencies, governmental organizations and other influencers to drive the growth of our programs and services on a global scale.

This position is also responsible for advancing market development initiatives which includes promotional strategies and deployment, conceptualizing project opportunities, creating proposals and supporting contract delivery.

In addition, the Program Manager will implement and oversee consistent processes to track and manage partnership activity and quantify results.

Your responsibilities include:


  • Working in a fastpaced environment that requires quick thinking and quick turnaround of accurate, highquality deliverables.
  • Building authentic and enduring relationships with existing international partnerships and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
  • Identifying new business development partners including international agencies and determining the best model of engagement based on market activity.
  • Developing a framework and process for partnership management which includes monitoring activities and financial obligations.
  • Developing proposals and contracts with attention to detail.
  • Managing sales channels including direct and partnerrelated to determine the best combination to maximize impact in a specific geographic area.

You have a unique history. Does it include the education and experience listed below?

  • University degree in Health Care Administration, International Relations, Business or a related field, or the equivalent in experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of progressive and varied experience in project management and business development within the field of Healthcare, quality improvement, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proposal writing experience including oversight of national or international contracts.
  • Bilingualism in English and one or more of the following French, Spanish or Italian. _Additional languages are a definite asset_.
  • Technical chops: MS Office, Dynamics GP, and Project management software.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in effectively communicating with a wide variety of stakeholders.

  • You have your PMP Certification.
  • You have experience with the International Qmentum Program.
  • Have knowledge of the healthcare environment, locally or around the world
