The expert of technical education at Coveo:

Coveo's Technical Enablement team helps create enablement programs to primarily support the Education team and, as a consequence, contribute to enabling partners, customers, prospects, and other Coveo employees.

They work to ensure the Education team is equipped with all the knowledge and tools it needs to align with and support the priorities of key stakeholders and Coveo.


As our Technical Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Establish and maintain technical expertise on existing, new, and emerging Coveo features and products for our Commerce line of business.
  • Establish and maintain expertise on existing, new, and emerging integration features and products (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) that have an impact on the Coveo solution.
  • Proactively connect and engage with stakeholders to identify and propose areas of knowledge to develop or update for the Education team.
  • Contribute to, help coordinate, and promote enablement activities and events, to support Education programs that can be adjusted to meet the needs of audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge.
  • Be active in our community channels as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in the line of business that has been assigned to you.
  • Benchmark, set up, track, and report on metrics to evaluate the success of programs, certifications, roadmaps, skill paths, and courses, and suggest ways to improve them. This includes creating or helping stakeholders to create feedback surveys to collect information about enablement events.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • Experience building, managing, and delivering solutions and enablement programs
  • Strong organizational skills with experience working with Agile methodologies
  • Ability to effectively plan, prioritize, execute, and followup in a timely manner and anticipate problems and roadblocks
  • Ability to work collaboratively at all levels within the organization, especially with the members of the Education team
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders both upstream and downstream to ensure clarity of purpose and objective buyin
  • Demonstrate diplomacy, integrity, and the ability to quickly learn and adapt
  • Project management skills including solid reporting and follow up
  • Excellent critical thinking and great at problem solving (finding solutions)
  • Must be comfortable operating in a fastpaced environment; tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to "just get it done"

Here are some areas of focus you'll tackle:


  • Test environments/orgs: Create and/or support the creation of demo environments and orgs with relevant data showcasing specific use cases or best practices. Make these environments accessible to the members of the Education and Tech Enablement teams.

Events: Define a variety of event types with clear definitions and use cases. Work with the various stakeholder groups to build a calendar each quarter and connect with marketing for promotion. Ensure stakeholders have all the resources to prepare their events and material.

Information: Identify, facilitate, and manage the flow of information between the various stakeholders and the Education team to ensure content and knowledge gaps are identified and addressed, and training is always up-to-date.
